Toasty Feet

 I have found what I believe to be a winning footwear combination for winter diving. After most low temperatures dives my feet are like blocks of ice. It takes hours for them to thaw out. Now when I say low temperatures I am talking about the kind of water that gives you a near permanent ice cream headache. :) (32-36° F 1-3° C).

 I have spent the last few years reading the questions, advice, adventure and misadventure of people stripping their aluminum tanks down. I thought it was finally time to give it a try.

Sunday at Humber Bay

 Sunday was a beautiful sunny day and the whole Liquid team actually got out to Humber Bay to meet and dive. As the team arrived another group was just leaving and we were able to squeeze into the parking spaces in front of the gate. To our surprise we had our own professional photographer. Warren Lo was on hand shooting “divers” and there we were.

DIY Goodman Handle

 A post on my favorite message board, OntarioDiving.com prompted me to write this entry on my home made goodman handle. I own an OMS Phantom, 10W HID light. The light came with a soft goodman handle that the head clips into and it SUCKS! Just look at that flimsy thing.
